Potato pies with herbs
Ingredients:
For the dough:
All purpose flour - 1&1/2 cup
Instant yeast-1/2 teaspoon
Salt-1/2 teaspoon
Oil- 1 tablespoon
Water-1/2 cup -3/4 cup ( add gradually and knead to make a smooth dough)
2 tablespoon extra spoon for dusting.
Filling:
Boiled potato- 3 ( medium sized)
Salt-1/2 teaspoon ( to taste)
Green chillies- 2 ( finely chopped)
Spring onion with onion bulb ( white part)- 1 cup ( chopped)
Coriander leaves-1/2 cup ( chopped)
Pepper -1 teaspoon
Oil- 2-3 tablespoon for frying the bread.
For the sauce:
Yogurt-1/2 cup
Lemon juice-1 teaspoon
Mint-1/4 cup
salt-to taste
garlic- 1/2 teaspoon ( chopped)
Blend it.
