Willow Estate olive oil comes from the protected olive grove of Amfissa, which has been designated as the oldest olive grove in Greece and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Mr. Sotiris Kallias was a sailor with a dream to cultivate an olive grove. Starting from a bottle of olive oil, he slowly made it to mass production. He is an example to follow for all KYCLOS members who dream to build their lives from scratch, stand on their feet, doing what they love.
